Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping processing time frame
Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days during regular periods.
During high order volume, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, not including weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.
Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
